This high-rise condo remodel reimagined an
outdated 1980s interior into a light-filled, highly functional home designed
for long-term living. By opening the kitchen, improving sightlines, and
integrating extensive custom storage throughout, the residence now balances
efficiency with a refined, personal aesthetic. Thoughtful space planning,
concealed mechanical solutions, layered lighting, and a cohesive material
palette transformed the condo into a tailored urban retreat that reflects
both the city views beyond and the lifestyle of its owners.
