The clients for this
project wanted to update their tired 1980s colonial. The entire
exterior was stripped of its siding, windows, and roofing, as well as
the front porch and dormer. A large, vaulted screened-in-porch was added
to the rear of the family room as a way to entertain indoors and out.
Definition of rooms was needed on the exterior, and box bays and porch
roofs were added to achieve this. The striking exterior colors give the
home a timeless charm.
