Whole House Remodel under $500,000
This whole home
lakehouse remodel reworked a 1960s layout into an open, durable, guest
ready retreat centered on views and gathering. Walls were removed to
restore sightlines to the lake, and kitchens, baths, and lounge spaces
were fully reconfigured for flow and function. A large island kitchen,
expanded bathrooms, bar lounge, and upgraded master suite anchor the
design. Cork backed LVP flooring, quartz surfaces, and smart storage
support heavy rental use. Mid-century structure paired with coastal
modern materials creates a relaxed, layered look. The result is a
cohesive, high performance home built for connection and comfort.
