Kitchen Remodel over $250,000
This lakefront condo kitchen was completely reimagined as part of a full
home renovation. The outdated breakfast nook was removed and the wall
between the kitchen and dining room was opened to create a spacious,
light-filled layout that highlights the home s beautiful lake views. A
custom structural beam allowed the two spaces to blend seamlessly while
maintaining the home s architectural character. The new kitchen features
a dramatic waterfall quartz island, custom rift-cut white oak cabinetry,
expansive pantry storage, and professional-grade Sub-Zero, Wolf, and
Cove appliances. The result is a modern, elegant kitchen designed for
both everyday living and entertaining.
