Reconfigure the kitchen and first floor to accommodate the family of 5. The already existing footprint needed to be modernized while keeping the integrity of the craftsman architecture.

One of the architectural features to keep were the beautiful archways within the home.

Relocating the entry door would then allow the space to transform.

Maintaining the dining room was a real treat for us in this design. It was requested to have a place for the kids to do homework and store school essentials, cubbies were designed within the island for easy storage. Along with a boot drop within the entrance.
