Basement Remodel over $100,000
This finished basement
remodel was created for a family that loves sports, games and
entertaining lots of friends and family. The finished basement consists
of a spacious main recreation room with a wet bar, playroom, a
combination home office/guest room with a full bath, an additional half
bath, and a large home gym.
In order to open up the space in the recreation room, a new steel
support beam was installed so that an existing steel column could be
removed to create the open area where the couch was to be placed.
