This project transformed a
hillside property at Navesink River Road into a structurally sound,
resort-style outdoor living space.
Four failing retaining walls
were replaced with a two-tiered engineered system, maximizing usable
yard area while ensuring long-term stability. The outdoor space was
reimagined with a reconfigured pool, spa, fire pit, fish pond and
waterfall, complemented by an underground equipment vault to maintain
clean aesthetics. Complex grading, drainage, and utility coordination
were carefully managed throughout.
Designed to integrate with
its surroundings, the retaining walls will evolve into living green
walls, blending seamlessly into the landscape while enhancing both
function and visual appeal.
