The main goal was to
create a more unified space with an open floor plan that optimized the
existing square footage. We felt space planning was going be the driving
force of the design and went through many reiterations before finding
the perfect balance. Once the layout was established we jumped into the
details of the kitchen, which were also a high priority to the clients.
The final design was a blended version that captured the modern rustic
feel they were looking for while creating a functional kitchen any chef
would love.
