This project envisioned
creating a space to host gatherings while embracing the outdoors. A
14x16 3-season insulated Sunroom offers panoramic views, allowing the
family to savor winter serenity and summer vibrancy. With stunning
Beamed Ceiling details and a Stone Fireplace Façade, it caters to grand
gatherings and intimate evenings. The Porch leads to a Stained and
Stamped Patio Area, extending the living space outdoors. Challenges like
managing a steep slope were addressed by raising and extending the yard,
while robust water management ensured the sunroom's integrity. Our
approach transformed obstacles into enhancements, creating a durable and
inviting outdoor retreat.
