Kitchen Remodel under $75,000
This renovation allowed NM+A to transform a dated
kitchen into a refined, highly functional space tailored to the clients’
lifestyle. Within the existing footprint, NM+A elevated the layout by
enhancing flow, expanding storage, and introducing a sophisticated sense of
openness. A dedicated wine area, counter height seating, and TV visibility
were integrated with intention. Structural walls were removed, the sink was
perfectly centered, natural light was amplified, and the laundry was
relocated to reclaim valuable space. Premium materials, custom cabinetry,
and curated finishes now create a warm, modern, and beautifully balanced
kitchen that feels both luxurious and effortlessly livable.
