2009 Kitchen Remodel Over $100,000

This former 12' X 14' galley-style kitchen was completely reconfigured into a chef's paradise with an abundance of functional space suitable for intimate family dinners and entertaining large groups. Two large multi-purpose island were installed Ð one boasting a stunning European Locust butcher block counter top, perfect for food preparation and an expansive Ocean Stone island that provides seating and storage. The homeowners gained an abundance of necessary storage space. Additionally, the new design incorporates various lighting techniques, which provide both task and ambiance light. A unique clear story was incorporated into the design to allow natural light to filter in from above.
