2022 Regional Award
Whole House Remodel over $1 Million
The metamorphosis of this home transformed a
hideous 80’s contemporary into a beautiful New England style. A massive
addition nearly doubled the size of the home including a new 3-car
garage below, and an apartment above for an elderly mother complete with
elevator access. The preexisting basement level garage was redesigned
into a fabulous rec room with space for a pool table, bar, and ample TV
seating. The cramped and outdated kitchen was given a makeover fit for a
chef, with a functional flow around a large island, a large pantry with
an automated storage system, and a butler’s pantry.
