Built in 1994, the existing entry was awkward. A single large step at the front door made it difficult to enter and the double gable at the front entry looked like an after-thought and offered little protection to guests.

We completely redesigned the front porch by adding a 3rd gable that was brought forward of the other two to give prominence and protection to the front entry. A raised porch was extended to the side of the entry to create a comfortable sitting area.

We feel this home is a great example of how a generic tract home can be beautifully and reasonably updated to appeal to our 21st century aesthetics.
