Our client wanted to take
a ho-hum house and create a showplace for entertaining and to showcase a
contemporary art collection. We were able to redesign the space to bring
in additional daylight, create dedicated spaces for artwork and a more
dramatic lighting plan and colour scheme. We redesigned the fireplace to
incorporate a linear burner, custom designed and crafted glass tile, as
well as a custom designed hearth incorporating a rare granite. We were
able to provide additional storage without it being intrusive. Overall,
our client now has the home of their dreams!
