Residential Exterior
This residential exterior transformation
turned an underused backyard into a resort-style outdoor living retreat
centered around a 940-square-foot attached pavilion. The new exterior space
features a custom fireplace, full Danver outdoor kitchen, bar seating, and
seamless flow to the pool and patio. Special care was taken to preserve a
mature oak tree while maintaining open sightlines and easy circulation.
Designed to blend beautifully with the existing architecture, the pavilion
feels original to the home. The result is a year-round outdoor environment
that adds beauty, functionality, and lasting value to the property.
