2015 Kitchen Remodel
$50,000 - $75,000
Team Award

By
removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, an open concept
floor-plan was made possible. The custom built in bench seating
delineates the dining space and anchors the room at one end while the
new fireplace surround, flat-screen TV location and separate bar space
provide a focal point in the adjacent room. The outdated kitchen oak
cabinets, tile counter-tops and mis-matched appliances were replaced
with white painted shaker cabinetry, dark grey granite counter-tops with
unique white veining and stainless appliances. A custom dog eating area
was created that seamlessly blends in with the new space while being
discretely tucked away.
