This project came to us
through a referral from a past client. Located in Milwaukee s Historic
Third Ward, the condo spans an entire city block with sweeping skyline,
river, and lake views. Despite its prime setting, the home had never
been updated, offering a unique opportunity to reimagine the space.
Through a
collaborative process with the homeowner and design team we created a
modern home designed for entertaining. The renovation reworked every
room, including a redesigned kitchen and great room, a new lounge area,
updated guest spaces, and a transformed primary suite resulting in a
refined, functional living environment.
