The homeowner wanted to have an outdoor seating area that would be shaded and bug free.  Restrictions with the lot size and set backs required a creative design process. By creating and offset with the floorplan and modifying the pitch of the roof, we overcame those obstacles and achieved the airy feel the client was looking for.
