Set in the Hill Country northwest of Austin, this dogtrot residence
balances regional character with modern livability. Texas Construction
and FAB collaborated on the home’s original 2017 design and its 2024
expansion, creating a seamless evolution of the property. The expansion
significantly enhanced the home’s functionality for entertaining and
everyday living with a two-car carport, pool, covered patio,
climate-controlled utility room, and Argentinian-inspired outdoor
kitchen. It also continued the exterior palette of limestone, corrugated
metal, and board-and-batten siding. The result is a cohesive
indoor-outdoor retreat that honors the original architecture while
deepening its connection to the landscape
