These Empty Nester Homeowners purchased a new condominium on Lake Michigan and wanted to improve and update the floor plan along with the finishes to coordinate with their softer and more current tastes. They wanted to take advantage of an open floor plan to bring in more light and to incorporate the lake view. Using state of the art Wolf, Sub Zero and Elica appliances along with Plain and Fancy cabinetry allowed us to create the updated design they dreamed of.
