2026 Regional Award
Residential Historic Renovation
This project was designed to honor the charm
of a classic High Point colonial while delivering the style and
functionality of modern living. Through a full interior renovation and
thoughtfully integrated master suite addition, we transformed a
compartmentalized layout into an open, flowing space by reengineering the
home’s structure with over thirty steel supports. We also redefined the
home’s orientation to enhance curb appeal and sense of arrival. Alongside
aesthetic improvements, all major systems were updated for long-term
reliability. The result is a timeless, beautifully updated home that
reflects our clients' vision and will serve them well for many years.
