The clients were from the
East Coast and Australia, and wanted to combine the best of both. The
design melds the white columns and wood trim, Bluestone paving and deep
porches of the Eastern shore with sleek post-modern style of California
outdoor living-all against a backdrop of rugged native California
redwoods. The extensive remodel includes a new entryway, plunge pool,
walled garden, Loggia, dining terrace and outdoor kitchen, IPE walnut
deck, carport and environmentally-friendly landscaping.
