The homeowners wanted to convert this 1973
ranch home into their dream modern farmhouse. The original floorplan was
dated and closed off by many walls. By removing walls and adding modern
features we were able to open up the home, increasing the home’s livable
space.
Our team incorporated authentic 1970’s architectural features like
reclaimed wood beams, open rafters, mantles and even included 100 year
old pine planks from a nearby mill. Merging the vintage aspects with
their modern style, this home has unique and inviting curb appeal while
maintaining the privacy of their wooded and secluded lot..
