Previous clients were so happy with the major renovation that Baxter Construction did to their home in 2011 that they asked the company to return to build a 13’x8’ eating area in their kitchen.  Special care was taken during construction to protect the bluestone pathway that lead to the back of this 1936 home and surrounded the work area.  Every detail in the interior and exterior of the home was matched so that the new space looked as if it was part of the original renovation.  The breakfast area is light and bright as well as functional, even providing the homeowners with extra storage space that does not detract from the beauty of the breakfast area.
