The home is on the 13th hole
of a golf course with a great view of the pond. The client wanted to
extend their living to the outside with the intention of one level
entertaining and quick pit stop from the golf course. The overall foot
print of the home was designed for downsized living. We needed to fit
cooking, dining, relaxing and restroom into a 42' x 12' space. Budget
for the space was $90,000. The project turned out awesome and the client
loves it!
