2200 SF of deteriorating and outdated
classroom and office space was reimagined and modernized into a flagship
executive learning center. Demonstrating the truly transformative
possibilities of adaptive-reuse in a university setting, the high-tech
60-seat venue, digital gallery/collaboration space, and outdoor patio
support the pedagogic goals of a new professional business degree. These
memorable spaces define a graphic, exciting physical identity and
presence for this cutting edge, innovative and unique academic program.
Transparency, natural light, dynamic geometries and multi-functioning
spaces drove design decisions resulting in a fun and highly functioning
facility.
