2024 Regional Award
Whole House Remodel over $1 Million
This revamp of a 1980’s
beach cottage is an example of how to breath some fresh life into an
outdated structure. Boardwalk Builders worked with the designers and
clients to take this inefficient, water-damaged structure into the
2020’s with fresh and contemporary style. The result is 2,342 s.f. of
conditioned space that marries the existing charm of the cottage (e.g.
the vaulted open rafter ceiling) with the contemporary style of the
clients, as seen by the sculptural steel stair and entry window wall.
Each detail has been thought through to create a funky, functional space
for our clients.
