A complete interior and
exterior facelift allowed the individuality of the new owners to shine
through. The goal was to create a “polished, but playful” beach retreat.
Modern, but fun, finishes throughout made this previously builder grade
beach house come to life. Recapturing unused nooks (like under the
stairs) created high functioning spaces like the “micro mudroom” within
the existing footprint. The clients are thrilled with their updated
space, which they use year-around for their frequent guests and family
visits.
