The
client loved the lot and location of the home, but knew the residence
needed a major overhaul. The current home had a rectangular footprint
totaling 3,792 Sq. Ft. The client wanted to increase the size of the
home to accommodate his growing family, while keeping the original look
of the Rocky River colonials in the area. He also wanted an outdoor
entertainment space. The renovations and additions created a new double
winged home with a large outdoor area. The completely remodeled home has
a new total of 6,665 sq. ft. (including finished basement and 3 car
garage).
