This is a whole house
remodel to a 1893 townhouse in Portland, OR on the National Historic
Registry. From completely tearing out and relocating/ replacing the
kitchen and 2 bathrooms, to hand stripping the original wooden balusters
and casework for refinish, every surface of the 2200 sqft first and
second floor were touched. The 1100 sqft basement was converted to
living space with the addition of a full bathroom, which includes the
original clawfoot tub from the second floor, a bedroom and full laundry
room. Clarkbuilt acts as general contractor and provides all the
carpentry and cabinetry for its projects
