This family desired a
free-standing structure with golf simulator that did not mimic their
home’s design but would complement it. The “Pavilion” was built with the
golfer and spectators in mind. With attention to details like a shaker
roof, bird boxes and an ocular window, this structure was a win. Inside,
a high ceiling to accommodate the golf simulator was needed, and
barn-door storage closets for golf equipment was mandatory. A bar area
for entertaining including a TV is a hit. Outside a fireplace and
separate firepit and multiple seating areas, makes this addition a dream
come true.
