Whole House Remodel under $300,000
A warm
and welcoming exterior façade invites guests to want to explore beyond
the front door. Inspired by their vacation retreat, these clients wanted
to incorporate elements of a lake front design into a Craftsman
Colonial.
The exterior takes cues from iconic craftsman designs. The exterior
boasts a pallet of complementary earth tones. Featuring a gable hip roof
with wide overhangs, copper metal roof detail, tapered stone columns,
and countless windows allow an abundance of natural light and provide
unobstructed views of the outdoors.
With careful consideration, this primary residence resembles a private
lakefront oasis perfect for everyday.
