This 1920’s bungalow with
2 bedrooms and 1 bath was not large enough for a family with 2 children.
They added about 1100 sq. ft., which included a basement play room, bath
and bedroom, first floor master bedroom with bath and a family room off
the new kitchen. Matching brick for the exterior was located at a
salvage yard. By doubling the square footage of this small house, this
family now has lots of room to live and entertain.
