The lower level of this house was used more for storage than for entertaining. The owners wanted to create a space that the entire family could enjoy and use on a regular basis. By knocking out an outdated, unused mechanical room attached to their dysfunctional basement, we were able to create a brand new wet bar with seating.

The lower level became a functional part of the home. The wet bar includes new cabinets, a wine refrigerator, ice-maker, glass fronted cabinetry, new flooring, new fireplace and mantle and a new entertainment center. Everything the family needs to enjoy their new space was included. Further, by remodeling the attached guest room and bath, then design team turned an ordinary basement into an extraordinary entertainment room.
