Wishing to downsize while maintaining lifestyle needs,
this open living condo was designed to be a fully automated space.
Designing off the clients love for water and light, a strong balance
between modern and contemporary was achieved by through design elements
such as floor to ceiling windows for natural light, a linear fireplace,
ambient layered lighting and a flex room.
Described as super-techy, everything is automated from lighting,
climate, shade controls and more. The space is ADA transitional with
connecting rooms and lot's of innovative storage. Highlights include
heated flooring, a stunning master bath and a fireplace in the kitchen.
