musty 1974 Townhome was purchased as a “fixer-upper”. The kitchen,
baths, finishes and a choppy floor plan were original to the structure.
The plan was to create an upscale condo with clean lines and open living
spaces-a formal area at the front and an informal kitchen with seating
at the rear.
