of this 1920's home was of utmost importance. The bath needed 21st
century updating to incorporate luxury, storage, natural light, spacious
showering and modern technology. A prior in-home elevator installation
with access to the second floor, afforded the homeowner's the ability to
remain in their home as necessary. This elevator allowed them to
incorporate Aging-in-Place features such as a curb-less shower, trench
drain, a period style shower seat and adequate spacing between all
fixtures. In-the-floor heat though out the bathroom/shower floor and
optimal placement of outlets provides a time honored sanctuary for a
modern bathroom retreat.
