This
colonial style home, originally built in 1928, was both a design and
structural challenge. Suffering from considerable neglect, the structure
also had sagging joists, termite infested support girders, and a
crumbling foundation. Dreaminc and architect Nick Dryden successfully
restored this historic gem to its original charm, yet allowed for modern
living by creating and “open plan” kitchen and great room combination,
media room, and screened in porch.
