This
older home in a beach community has a lot of charm. Previously a single
story, the homeowner wished to add a master suite and acquire an ocean
view. A second story room addition was designed that now provides the
homeowner a spacious master retreat complete with a sitting room,
beautiful staircase, expansive master bath and raised platform sleeping
area. Drawing on the owner’s personal style, the new space incorporates
an open floor plan, handcrafted detail and dual decks to the exterior to
appreciate the spectacular view.
