This
renovation took the home from being a sore thumb to one of the
neighborhood’s showplaces. It began with replacing broken windows,
replacing OSB, installing roofing, and replacing the home’s sub-par
utilities. Once the basics were done, the exterior was finished with
stunning stucco and natural stone veneer to harmonize with the home’s
wooded surroundings. Outdoor spaces provide breathtaking views. The
4-bedroom home’s interior features high-end finishes throughout,
including stained cherry cabinets, a custom mosaic on the dining room’s
coved ceiling, and an 18-foot-tall concrete cast fireplace with granite
insets. The result is both functional and impressive.
