A 1950s split-level
was saved from the wrecking ball with an airy, open floor plan,
light-filled two-story 968 square foot addition containing a
living-dining area and new kitchen. High ceilings, a zero-clearanc
wood-burning fireplace and large windows bring this Mid-Century home
into the 21st century,
ready for another 50 years of gracious living. On the lower level, a
guest room was created from the former home office. A new play room
with sliding doors to the backyard, a new full bath and laundry room
are part of the renovation on the lower level.
