The goal for this project
was to return the beauty, warmth and elegance to the home’s exterior
that was the focal point of the original design when it was first built
in 1920. By using high quality materials such as 20 oz. copper, the
restored roofing and flashings are an upgrade to the original tin
roofing and flashings. The client is ecstatic with the results and new
the exterior of the home is a showpiece for the historic neighborhood
that will outlast the original construction.
