This
renovation began with the purchase of an abandoned building that was
transformed into a Victorian style façade. The interior of the building
was demolished, leaving only the exterior walls. Redesigned from scratch
to include flush panels, expose brick, copper counter tops with a pulley
and leather belt driven ceiling fan. Today the building stands as a
testament of how an innovative reuse can breathe new life into an old
building.
