The homeowner wanted to
restore and preserve her childhood home. The home had been vacant and
had become uninhabitable due to neglect and disuse. The home had
undergone extensive water damage due to the disrepair of the original
slate roof and rotten wood gutter system.
Using a combination of restoration and
renovation techniques, we were able to navigate a project path to
restore the exterior of this Victorian colonial home to its original
glory.
Today, the elderly homeowner is one step closer to returning to her
childhood home now that the exterior is both attractive and safe safe
while work continues on the interior.
