The most logical location
for this new media room was in the attic space over the garage. The
challenges were what you would expect when utilizing attic space for new
living space. Relocating AC ducts, plumbing, whole-house vacuum systems,
and electrical were just a few. The main point of entry is the
customized spiral staircase which starts below, in the new wine cellar.
There is a secondary hidden entrance from a bedroom.
