The
opportunity to renovate a historic “mid century modern” office building
was presented in April, 2008. The renovation plans and design were
impressive. A high profile architect had been engaged for the project.
So many agencies revolving around the project made it clear to us early
on that we where in for a difficult assignment. Our experience helped
us tremendously with the interaction with the owner, design team, city
officials and inspectors. The completion of the project and the high
praise received from a wide range of observers made all the difficulties
well worth the trouble. H.A.S. Construction, and all of their trade
partners, are justifiably proud to have been part of such a successful
project.
