This growing family
wanted a two-story addition to their 1930’s craftsman-style house to
provide and expanded kitchen area and family room. The addition also
needed to tie-in to the existing attic to provide space for a complete
second story with two bedrooms, one bathroom and one guestroom.
Particular attention was paid to foundation and structural modifications
that matched the existing materials and design, and the exterior
finishes were matched to create a seamless union.
