A small L-shaped ranch
was quickly and efficiently renovated on its existing footprint. 1,400
sq. ft. were transformed from a dark, restrictive labyrinth into bright,
classically detailed rooms with long site lines and vaulted ceilings.
The utilization of 3D modeling software allowed Hudson Valley
Preservation to value engineer its work, meeting the homeowner's demand
for total project completion (including design) in less than 6 months
and within a fixed price. The building project utilized green building
techniques, energy efficient windows and doors, which resulted in a
sunny, comfortable and beautiful living space that the owners can truly
call home.
