The
homeowners wanted to replace the old barn with a multifunctional
workshop to store winemaking and large gardening equipment, to include a
small entertainment area with a sound system, and make the space as
energy efficient as possible. This dramatic makeover offers the
homeowners a place to bring company, make wine, or work in the workshop
at any time. The mural’s striking colors of gold, wine, and green
reflect the fields of the Tuscan countryside, while blending textures
and hues in a variety of materials to enhance the ambience of the space.
