Whole House Remodel under $500,000
The
empty-nesters wanted to add a sunroom to capture the lake vista and add
a craftsman charm to the approach. The spacious kitchen now provides
visual and physical access to the west side of the property and a newly
configured entry from the garage.
An unused formal entry and dining area were configured to provide a
large pantry/laundry.
Salvaged redwood, new maple, and birch trim details are accented with
the owner’s private tile collection. The large windows in the sunroom
perch the owners over their lake view. This traditional embrace of
materials is packed full of intimate discoveries.
